Couriers and shipping times
EXPRESS COURIER
Products ordered on runic.io are entrusted to the best national express couriers. The choice of courier is subject to precise assessments that mainly concern the quality of service in the specific destination area. After shipping, our work continues: we monitor to make sure the delivery takes place in a timely and problem-free manner.
SHIPPING COSTS
Standard shipping is free throughout Italy. There is an additional cost of €6 (including VAT) for express shipping.
ORDER FULFILMENT TIMES
All orders are delivered to the courier the day after payment is received. Only in periods of intense traffic, e.g. during the Christmas period, may processing times vary. The order fulfilment process is active from Monday to Friday. Shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturday and Sunday. Delivery usually takes place within 48 hours of order fulfilment.
